In addition, our portfolio includes acreage in southeast New Mexico and west Texas, and in southwest Wyoming and adjacent areas in Utah and Idaho where we continue to identify new oil and natural gas prospects.

Matador’s management team averages more than 25 years of experience in exploring and developing hydrocarbons in multiple U.S. basins. They have participated in the assimilation of numerous lease positions and in the drilling and completion of hundreds of vertical and horizontal wells in unconventional resource plays and operate about half the wells we drill.
